The people behind the line.
A pipeline is only as good as the people who put it in the ground. Our technicians, supervisors and engineers are employed, trained and certified in-house — one team from first drawing to first flow.
Every discipline, under one roof.
We do not subcontract the work that decides whether a line performs. These are the roles that sit inside New Waves.
Leadership & engineering
Route evaluation, class selection and project management handled by our own engineers — the same people who see the line through to handover.
Jointing technicians
Qualified on electrofusion and single & double swage jointing, with current certification records and calibrated equipment.
Installation crews
In-house crews trained to lay trenched, above-ground and challenging-terrain routes, onshore and offshore.
Commissioning & QA
Hydrotest, tie-in, purge and handover carried out to acceptance criteria with the full documentation trail operators require.
Qualified, current and documented.
Crew and equipment certification is kept current so mobilisation is never held up by paperwork.
Jointing technicians qualified on electrofusion and swage, with calibrated equipment and current records.
Registered and approved for work with ADNOC group operators, with the documentation trail their projects require.
Technicians trained and certified against the manufacturer's own jointing and commissioning programme.
