Reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) is a spoolable, fully non-metallic flowline: a smooth thermoplastic liner, a reinforcement layer for pressure, and a tough outer jacket, with a bonded aluminum barrier on gas-tight versions. Nothing to corrode, nothing to scale, laid in long continuous coils by a small crew and recoverable for reuse.

Heavy Gas-Tight Pipe: zero permeation, no compromise.
A uniquely manufactured bonded aluminum layer stops light components and gases from permeating out of the SoluForce GT pipe, making it the industry's only completely gas-tight, fully certified Flexible Composite Pipe (FCP/RTP) system, qualified to API 15S and ISO TS 18226. Steel reinforcement carries the pressure.
Hydrogen Tight (H2T): a global first for hydrogen transportation.
The Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) has been certified for hydrogen applications up to 52 bar of operating pressure. Unique in the world of hydrogen transport and a global first. Based on proven technologies, it can be the perfect accelerator to achieve local green hydrogen distribution in a fast, flexible and cost-efficient manner.
Heavy High-Temperature Pipe: hot service, no aluminum layer.
Our SoluForce Heavy HT has a design temperature of 105°C / 225°F and an actual operating temperature of 85°C / 185°F, a level of performance unmatched by any other Flexible Composite Pipe available today. Steel reinforcement, a high-temperature liner and outer jacket, and no aluminum layer in the construction.

Three fittings, matched to class.
Every joint in the system is made with a SoluForce fitting rated for the pipe it connects: electrofusion across the range, single and double swage for Heavy.
Electrofusion fittings
A stainless steel connector with an electrofusion end-fitting. This reusable solution lets the pipeline user disassemble and reconnect the system when necessary. A PA sleeve keeps the fluids from touching the metal parts. Rated up to 125 bar.
Single swage fittings
The SoluForce single swage inline coupler connects two lengths of SoluForce pipe. Because of the unique design of the coupler, the transported fluids never come into contact with steel. Rated up to 150 bar.
Double swage fittings
The double swage Grayloc fitting has proven to be a versatile fitting for multiple solutions. It can be used as a pipe-to-pipe fitting or to connect SoluForce Heavy to existing infrastructure, to maximum operating pressure.
