The whole pipeline. One accountable partner.
Seven disciplines under one contract, delivered by our own certified crews, because a pipeline is only as good as the people who put it in the ground.
Seven disciplines, one contract.
Evaluate
Application, environment and duty reviewed with the operator to select the right class and layout.
Supply
Coordinated delivery of pipe, fittings and ancillaries from the SoluForce production line.
Install
Certified crews lay the line to route, trenched, above-ground or in challenging terrain.
Joint
Electrofusion and swage jointing performed by qualified technicians.
Hydrotest
Full-line hydrostatic testing to acceptance criteria.
Commission
Tie-in, purge and handover into live service with documentation.
Care
Long-term support, integrity checks and responsive intervention across the asset's life.
Approved for the region's most demanding operators.
Our crews, equipment and pipe systems carry the approvals that matter in the UAE, so mobilisation is never held up by paperwork.
ADNOC approved
Registered and approved for work with ADNOC group operators, with the documentation trail their projects require.
API 15S & API Q1
SoluForce systems supplied to API 15S, produced under an API Q1 quality management system.
Certified crews & equipment
Jointing technicians qualified on electrofusion and swage, with calibrated equipment and current certification records.
Backinserviceinhours,notweeks.
Non-metallic systems joint mechanically or by electrofusion, so tie-ins, repairs and extensions happen fast, with a small crew and minimal site disruption.
- Hours, not weeks
A tie-in or repair joint is made on site in a single shift, with no welding permits or radiography wait.
- Small crew, small footprint
Lightweight spoolable pipe means fewer people, less lifting gear and a smaller working corridor.
- No hot work
Electrofusion and swage jointing remove hot-work risk from live-plant environments.
- Extend or reroute later
Lines can be extended, rerouted or recovered and relaid without cutting up a steel system.
Three ways operators put our services to work.
Whatever the duty, the scope is the same: evaluate, supply, install, joint, test, commission and care.
Permanent flowlines
Full-life production, gas and water injection lines, engineered, supplied and installed as a permanent asset.
- Corrosion designed out for the life of the line, so no inhibitor programme and no pigging for scale.
- Certified installation to API 15S with full hydrotest and commissioning documentation for the operator.
- One contract from route evaluation to handover, plus a long-term care agreement afterwards.
Temporary & quick tie-ins
Short-duration lines, bypasses and fast tie-ins that have to be flowing the same week.
- No hot work: electrofusion and swage jointing remove welding risk from live-plant environments.
- Small crew and small footprint — spoolable pipe means fewer people, less lifting gear, a narrower corridor.
- Recoverable: lift, recoil and redeploy the same line on the next campaign instead of writing it off.
Unconventional routes
Difficult terrain, hot service, high pressure and hydrogen duty where conventional steel struggles.
- Long continuous lengths reduce joints across dunes, sabkha and crossings.
- Heavy class to 466 bar and HT to 105°C design temperature for the toughest duties.
- Hydrogen-certified H2T pipe for new energy applications up to 42 bar.
Laid across the desert. Commissioned into service.
Our crews mobilise across the UAE, from dune terrain to plant tie-in.
